How it Work

Prospective volunteers – follow the above easy steps and join us for the adventure of a lifetime! Complete the registration form and read through the volunteer terms and conditions given therein.

Remember to send you’re CV (in English), a motivation letter and a photograph of yourself. Within 48 hours you will receive an email with more information about the placement, and other relevant interesting information for your choice program.

 We will answer your questions and help you with travel needs etc. Once the project has replied positively to your registration, we can confirm your volunteer placement with an invitation letter for the project.

You can then go ahead and book your flight, and make any other arrangements for your trip to Africa.

Travelers  can make In-country arrangements for transfers, accommodation, bus tickets and so on, should you require these. You will receive an invoice for the costs and initial down payment via email. At least 50% of the full amount is required as a deposit to confirm your placement at the project.

Travelers  will contact you concerning your arrival dates, local transportation, car rental or any other questions you may have.

A member of Travelers’s staff or a staff member from your project will meet and welcome you at the airport. Travelers guarantees that you will have a memorable experience in Africa. To make sure all those memories are good ones, let us know what’s on your mind so we can help you plan ahead!.
