Qualifications Requirements
Most of African countries official language is English so participants on the program will need to have an intermediate to advance level of English to apply. No formal qualifications or specific experience is necessary to work in our volunteer projects in Africa what’s most important is that you are enthusiastic, passionate and open-minded.
Pre-Arrival
From the moment you book your trip, you will be assigned a program manager and local coordinator who will be in constant communication with you by email and phone until arrival day.

Before your arrival to any of our Destination in Africa, we’ll provide a pre-arrival information packet that outlines pick-up procedures and everything you need to know for a hassle-free arrival to the volunteer house or at to any of our hostels.
When Are Payments Made?
We recommend you submit your reservation online at least three months before your intended travel date.
The first payment of 50% of your given invoice is made during your program reservation. This is not an application fee; it is just an initial payment. The remainder of the program fee 60 days before your program’s arrival date. Payment installment plans are available upon request. We recommend you submit your reservation online at least three months before your intended travel date.

If you want to arrange your trip less than two months before your arrival date, we’ll probably be able to make arrangements for you.

Who Can Apply?
To participate in most of our volunteer projects in Africa, you must be 18 or older, unless you are accompanied by a parent or guardian. 17-year-olds may volunteer in our sports education and orphanage projects with parental consent.
Note: Our healthcare project is best suited for those with an interest or background in medicine. Qualified professionals can be registered for a temporary certificate to practice in Africa for an additional US $120usd.
