Working Steps.

Step 1: Let’s talk

You’re probably expecting that we start with all the paperwork, right? Well actually, the first step is simply a conversation. Use the inquiry form to tell us what you are interested in – and it’s no problem if the details are still vague. Maybe you can’t decide between our destinations, or between two areas of interest, or maybe your dates and availability are still unclear. Don’t worry – all of this can be covered during our initial phone call.   We’ll connect you to the person on our team best suited to discuss the program you’re interested in, and ask you to send us your resume/CV.

During the call, we’ll discuss your objectives for this experience, any specific concerns or doubts you might have, or even what you did last weekend – anything that helps us get to know YOU. You’ll also get a better understanding of exactly what our program has to offer, specifically related to your interests, skills and goals.

Step 2: Apply

To apply, email us your application and two reference letters (typically one from a university advisor and the other from a supervisor at a past work or volunteer experience). We also ask At least 50% of the full amount is required as a deposit to confirm your placement at the project), which provided that you do not receive an offer in your first or second choice field, is 100% refundable.

Then we will get to work, using our vast network to identify the most suitable opportunities for you. Typically, within 4 to 8 weeks of receiving your application, we’ll send the first offer to you. Once you approve an opportunity, the balance of your program cost is due to be paid.

Step 3: Travel

Next, we provide as much pre-trip support, advice and information about your host organization and your destination city as you’ll need. You’ll receive an information pack, some useful guidelines to making the most of your experience, and we’ll answer every question you have as we help you prepare for your extraordinary international experience!

We’ll guide you through housing options, arrange your airport pickup, meet with you for an orientation (covering safety, transportation, cultural norms), and at your request, accompany you to your first day at your host organization. We’ll then be with you every step of the way, 24/7, for help, advice and in case of an emergency. We are truly passionate about what we do and will do everything we can to ensure that you have the time of your life!

We will send our in-country Survival Guide, ensuring that you have all the information you need.

We will then help you find all the best deals you will need for your trip, including flights, insurance, vaccinations, hostels, travel guides etc. All our members are offered rebates on the commissions offered to us on services offered.

You go to the airport and begin your new adventure!
